As the reception at IL Sodino is open only during check in, it is for your convenience that you can, without unnecessary waiting, receive the keys to the apartment as soon as possible - you MUST call the reception on the contact number 1 hour before your arrival

Air conditioning in the apartment is available at an additional fee of EUR 10 per day.
There is an additional fee of EUR 30 per pet per stay in case of arriving with pets.
Upon check in, we ask for a deposit of €100 in cash, which is refundable on departure.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed to come to the property.
No food and drink sales are available at this property
Valid photo ID is required upon check-in. Special requests will be made subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
It is forbidden to organize hen parties, stag parties etc.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. It will be a cash payment. The amount paid should be refunded upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A one-time service fee of 85 € is charged and covers the following amenities (towels, bed linen, water, lighting, use of the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, final cleaning)
